Introduction
Clients can choose from a variety of programs including individual, family and group counselling, psychiatric consultation or referral to other agencies. Oolagen can also act as the client's advocate in dealing with the police, courts, parole specialists and other community resources. Problems commonly addressed by Oolagen staff include physical and sexual abuse, eating disorders, truancy, death and divorce.
Objective
To provide outpatient mental health treatment services (individual and family therapy and group counselling) to adolescents and/or their families in order to help them resolve conflicts that exist in their lives.
Client Group
Adolescents between 13 and 18 years of age and their families who are experiencing emotional problems in their lives and require professional services to help them solve their problems.

This is a Free service- there is no cost to the Client

Walk-in Services at 65 Wellesley Street East
We offer immediate free counseling to people from 13 – 18 years of age, and their families at 65 Wellesley Street East, Suite 500. There are no waiting lists, no referral is required. There is a brief intake form to be completed. Our walk-in clinic also serves as our in-take process.
People can get immediate help. Each visit is a distinct counseling session. No appointments are made for future sessions. People are welcome to return to the service as they need it.
- Open Tuesdays from 12 noon to 8 p.m. only
- Last session will start no later than 6:30 p.m.
